Louis de Beer is the Founder and Principal of NXT Legal & Compliance, a boutique commercial law firm specialising in financial services, investment structures, property development and complex commercial transactions. With more than two decades of experience across legal practice, financial services, corporate advisory and executive leadership, Louis advises lenders, property developers, fund managers, accountants, financial advisers and sophisticated investors on the legal and commercial issues that underpin significant transactions. His practice focuses on the intersection of law, finance and property. Rather than simply documenting transactions, Louis works alongside clients from the earliest stages of a project—structuring investments, managing risk, navigating regulatory requirements and delivering practical commercial outcomes.
