Louis de Beer

Louis de Beer is the legal practice director and solicitor experienced in financial services, investment management, credit licensing and lending, property, complex litigation, securitisation and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions.

Louis started NXT Legal & Compliance in 2018 and together with David Palmer, the principal of Multiplace Pty Ltd, provide a multidisciplinary practice as a ‘one stop shop’ to financial services licensees, investment managers, lenders and property developers.

NXT Legal & Compliance is focused on providing outcomes for clients, problem solving and "out of the box" thinking. We like dealing with complex matters and take a cooperative approach to achieve solutions.

Louis has run managed investment schemes (wholesale and retail) and credit management. In business, he has acted as CEO, CFO and corporate counsel of large international corporations in the USA, New Zealand, South Africa and Australia.
